At Tabla we are committed to serving up great food and drink utilizing all Upstate NY has to offer when we can.

To us that goes further than your plate. Almost 75% of our staff live within a 5 mile commute to our restaurant. 50% of those folks live on or within walking distance to main street. We are a restaurant invested in our local community looking to see our very small local economy thrive. In order to succeed in this venture we have implemented a Living Wage fee.

This fee creates a more sustainable and equitable guaranteed pay rate for all of our employees at Tabla.
